Note: This map shows 47 documented casino ban locations. Mikki has stated he's banned from 150+ properties total. Some casinos share ownership groups (MGM, Caesars, Wynn), so a ban at one property means a ban at all properties in that network. Verified bans are confirmed through Mikki's interviews and public statements.

The Venetian / Palazzo
Ban Reason:
Won $10M+ in single session
After extracting over $10 million in a verified session witnessed by poker player Jake Ormand, The Venetian banned Mikki for life. Surveillance reviewed footage extensively and found no evidence of cheating.

Ban Reason:
Pattern recognition detected
Casino surveillance flagged Mikki for consistent winning patterns. Despite finding no illegal activity, management decided to ban him permanently.
Wynn / Encore
Ban Reason:
Suspected advantage play
Despite a net loss of $1.5M at Wynn, Mikki was still banned. The casino stated his long-term win rate was 'too concerning' even during losing sessions.
MGM Grand
Ban Reason:
Caught monitor displaying fake cards
Mikki caught MGM's monitor displaying 7-2 while the felt showed 5-4 (both natural 9). When confronted, he was given 30 minutes to leave and later banned for 'scaring dealers'.
The Cosmopolitan
Ban Reason:
You're too good
Pit boss literally told Mikki 'you're too good for us' and banned him without further explanation.
Paris Las Vegas
Ban Reason:
Making us uncomfortable
Banned for the absurd reason of 'making the pit boss uncomfortable'. No rule violation, just vibes.
The Legal Framework: Can Casinos Ban You Without Cause?
Yes. Casinos can refuse service to anyone (with limited exceptions). Here's the legal breakdown:
🏛️ Private Property Rights
Casinos are private businesses. Under Nevada law (and most jurisdictions), private property owners have the right to refuse entry or service to anyone, as long as the refusal is not based on a protected class (race, religion, gender, disability, etc.).
Being "too good at gambling" is not a protected class. If a casino thinks you're an advantage player, they can ban you without explanation.
⚖️ Trespassing Charges
Once you're banned, the casino will formally trespass you. This is a legal process where security reads you a trespass notice (often on camera) stating:
- • You are no longer welcome on the property
- • If you return, you will be arrested for criminal trespassing
- • Your photo will be added to the casino's facial recognition database
If you violate the trespass notice, you can be arrested and prosecuted. This has happened to Mikki multiple times.
📖 The Griffin Book (Surveillance Sharing)
The Griffin Book was an infamous industry database of advantage players, cheats, and banned individuals. It was discontinued in 2005 after lawsuits, but casinos now use modern shared surveillance networks:
- • Facial recognition databases shared between casino groups (MGM, Caesars, Wynn, etc.)
- • OSN (Oregon Surveillance Network) and similar cross-casino intelligence sharing
- • NGISC (National Gambling Impact Study Commission) reports
If you're banned at one Caesars property, you're banned at all Caesars properties worldwide. Same for MGM, Wynn, etc.
⚠️ What Happens If You Get Caught After a Ban?
If you're banned and return to the casino:
- Facial recognition flags you — Security is alerted within seconds
- Security detains you — You're escorted to a backroom (not arrested yet)
- Police are called — You're cited for criminal trespassing
- Winnings may be confiscated — Casinos argue you "obtained them through illegal means"
- Repeat offenses = jail time — First offense is usually a misdemeanor citation, but repeat violations can lead to arrest
Mikki has been detained multiple times for violating trespass notices.
Absurd Reasons Mikki Was Banned
Some of Mikki's bans were for legitimate reasons (winning millions). Others were hilariously absurd. Here are the most ridiculous official reasons casinos gave:
🍴 "Touching Forks at the Buffet"
One casino banned Mikki because he "touched too many forks" at the buffet before selecting one. Security claimed this was "suspicious behavior" that indicated he was "casing the property." Mikki was literally just picking a fork.
😨 "Scaring the Pit Boss"
A pit boss at a Las Vegas casino told Mikki he was being banned because "you make me uncomfortable." No cheating accusation. No advantage play. Just vibes. The pit boss admitted Mikki hadn't violated any rules, but "we don't want you here."
👀 "Staring at the Shoe Too Long"
Another casino claimed Mikki was "staring at the shoe" (the card holder) for too long between hands. They accused him of "attempting to track cards" — even though baccarat card tracking provides negligible advantage compared to blackjack. Mikki was just watching the game.
🎰 "You Win Too Much (Even When You Lose)"
One casino banned Mikki during a session where he was down $500K. The reason? "Your long-term win rate is too high." Translation: "We don't care if you're losing today — we know you'll win eventually, so get out."
💰 "Betting Too Big"
Multiple casinos have banned Mikki for "betting too much." Yes, casinos advertise "no limits" and "high roller suites," but when someone actually bets $250K per hand and wins, they suddenly have a problem. One casino literally told Mikki: "We can't afford you."
Bottom line: Casinos don't need a good reason to ban you. They just need any reason. "You make us uncomfortable" is legally sufficient.
